Using an alternate web browser:

Your computer most likely came with a web browser program pre-installed; Safari on Apple products, Internet Explorer on PCs, Chrome on Android devices. Some problems related to web-based forms (not just NCCEFT’s) can be resolved by using another web browser. Chrome and Firefox are the two major alternatives, easy to download and set up:
