Statement
I am a Bay Area local with many years of experience helping people, as a therapist, caregiver, mentor, and teacher. I work in person and online with adults young and old through difficult and exciting life changes, including trauma, disability, addiction, struggles in primary relationships, early parenthood, family conflict and change, caregiving, exploration of gender and sexuality, and more. I’m also a sister, mother, neuroscience nerd, compulsive journal writer, bicycler, and very slow reader.
**I am deeply committed to social justice and honoring the differences that make us who we are.**
I work with couples, both planning and struggling, parents, adult children, people who identify as neurodiverse, anyone undergoing a big change (relationship, school/college, career, gender, empty nest, peri-menopause, employment, disability), folks who want to talk about sex/sexuality, adult and teen children of alcoholics/addicts, caregivers, and anybody else who finds a good fit with me
