We are thrilled to announce the recipients of the NCCEFT 2016 Spring Scholarship to promote the continued development of professionals who service underrepresented people. The NCCEFT established this scholarship program to award funds for EFT trainings to candidates that either identify as members of underserved populations or work as a mental health professional that serves underserved populations.
Please join us in congratulating Albert Wong who will be attending EFT Core Skills training and Allegra Lucas who will be attending EFT Externship training!
They are both already great assets to the communities they serve and we and are proud to have them as EFT clinicians.
Please stay tuned for the next scholarship application in Fall 2016!
NCCEFT is proud to announce that our own Sam Jinich, PhD, NCCEFT co-founder and certified EFT therapist and supervisor has been certified by Sue Johnson and the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy, as an EFT trainer. Sam has already opened our new San Francisco Center for EFT (SFCEFT) and is offering EFT trainings to our local community. In addition, Sam is offering EFT trainings in Spanish, both in the US and in Spanish speaking countries. As a native of Mexico, bi-cultural and bi-lingual, he is uniquely qualified to bring EFT to our neighbors. We are thrilled for Sam and for our vibrant and growing San Francisco Bay Area EFT community.
